If you're looking for daily inspiration and moments of joy, accessing the Self-Created Joy Flash Briefings through Alexa is simple!
Enable the Skill: Start by saying, “Alexa, enable the Self-Created Joy Flash Briefing.” Once enabled, the daily joy tips will be added to your briefing list.
Daily Briefings: Each day, just ask, “Alexa, what’s my Flash Briefing?” or “Alexa, what’s in the news?” and your Self-Created Joy tip will be one of the briefings you hear. These are bite-sized moments of mindfulness to brighten your day, no matter where you are.
Customizing Briefings: If you’d like to customize your Flash Briefings and make sure Self-Created Joy is at the top of your list, you can do this through the Alexa app by going to Settings > Flash Briefing and rearranging your preferences.
