I’m Ella, a mentor and teacher who helps people discover their Human Design and use it as a practical tool for clarity, resilience, and flow.
With over 20 years of experience in education, mindfulness, and coaching, I bring a grounded and creative approach to this work. My own journey with Human Design began as a mother and educator, searching for new ways to understand my children and students. What I found was a framework that made sense of how we each learn, decide, and thrive differently — and how powerful it is when we honor that.
In our sessions, I keep things simple: I translate the chart into plain language, highlight what matters most, and always leave you with small, doable experiments to try. Alongside Human Design, I integrate mindfulness and nervous system tools to make the insights land not just in your mind, but in your body and daily choices.
