MENTORING & COACHING
Find Stillness, Take Action, Attract Magic
A space to hear yourself more clearly.
Personalised 1:1 support for when you’re navigating change, feeling stuck, looking for clarity or simply know that something needs your attention.
What mentoring with me looks like
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. Sometimes you know exactly what you want to explore; other times you simply know that something feels stuck, unclear or ready to change.
Our sessions give you the space to slow things down, talk things through and notice what might be difficult to see when you’re caught up in everyday life.
My approach brings together coaching, mindfulness and reflection, with creative or intuitive tools when they feel useful. I’m not here to tell you what you should do, but to ask questions, offer different perspectives and help you hear your own answers more clearly.
There is no fixed formula. The work responds to you, where you are and what you need at that moment.
You might come to mentoring because…
You don’t need to be in crisis or have a big problem to solve. Sometimes it’s simply helpful to have a dedicated space to step outside the noise and look at what’s happening with someone alongside you.
You might be:
Navigating a period of change or transition
Feeling stuck or unsure about what comes next
Facing a decision and wanting greater clarity
Questioning what you want from work, relationships or life
Noticing patterns you’d like to understand or change
Wanting to reconnect with yourself after putting your own needs aside
Exploring an idea, possibility or new direction
Simply needing space to talk, reflect and be heard
You don’t need to know exactly where you’re going. We can start with where you are.
There is no fixed formula
Mentoring with me isn’t about following a set programme or working through a prescribed series of steps.
Each session begins with you — what’s happening, what feels important and what you want to explore.
Depending on what emerges, we might use coaching questions, mindfulness, reflection, creative exercises or tools such as Human Design to help you see something from a different perspective.
Some sessions may feel practical and focused. Others may create space for deeper reflection. Often, it’s a combination of both.
The tools may change. The intention remains the same: to help you understand yourself more clearly and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Ways to work together
You can come for a single session when there’s something specific you’d like to explore, or choose a longer period of mentoring when you’d like more space, continuity and support.
Single Session — €55
60 minutes
A focused 1:1 session centred around whatever feels most important to you right now. A good option if you have a particular question, decision or situation you’d like space to explore.
6-Session Mentorship — €300
Six 60-minute sessions offering more time to explore what’s happening beneath the surface, notice patterns and support change as it unfolds.
The sessions can be arranged at a rhythm that works for you and what we’re exploring, rather than needing to follow a rigid weekly schedule.
Between our sessions
When we work together over several sessions, the conversation doesn't necessarily end when the hour does.
I may offer a reflection, journal prompt or small practice to take with you, giving you something to notice or explore before we meet again.
The intention isn't to give you more to do. It's to allow what we've uncovered together to continue unfolding in everyday life.

Why work with me?
I bring more than 20 years of experience in education, mentoring and supporting people through learning, reflection and change, alongside my background in coaching, mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
My approach is warm, curious and practical. I don't believe I have the answers for you — but I do believe that with the right questions, space and support, we often become much better able to hear our own.
That second paragraph feels particularly aligned with the mentoring page we've just created.
